The Hacienda - our favorite lavender cocktail

There’s something extra fun about creating a signature cocktail and naming it. This lavender cocktail is a Hacienda Farms original. It’s a bit too strong for a mason jar sized serving, so we stick up our pinky fingers and sip it from stemless martini glasses.

Recipe

Into a shaker of ice, add:

2 Tablespoons Lavender Simple Syrup

3 ounces Gin

a squeeze of lime

Shake well, pour into a martini glass, top with ginger ale and a lime wedge garnish.
